Piet en Kees

Iris is a lovely designer from the countryside of the Netherlands, but now resides in the inspiring and beloved city, Amsterdam.

Iris enjoys working with acrylics, gouache, and watercolors and has the unique ability to combine traditional mediums with digital programs.  As a four-year-old, Iris knew she wanted to become an artist. Though her educational background took her on a different path, she went back to her first love and never drifted onto another road again.  She enjoys drawing women, shapes, and animals which are all represented in her fantastic Cotton+Steel collection, Girl’s Club.

Inspiration:
Iris enjoys bicycling along the picturesque trails throughout Amsterdam and is inspired by the various colors, shapes, and people that make the world such a beautiful place.
